HIIT Mama + Baby Blast 20 MIN FIT
You can expect a safe, low to medium impact workout with intervals of sweat-inducing movement, with periods of rest. As with all of my classes, you and baby lead the way, so you can be confident stopping for snuggles or feeds, and doing whatever you need to ensure you are both comfortable and happy.
After warm-up and our 20 Minute Fit, class is closed with 30 minutes of Social & Sensory led by Baby Float Spa, where our little ones are provided with fun, sensory learning opportunities and we get to take time for ourselves as mothers by connecting with one another in friendship over coffee and tea.
And Nice Weather Means Getting Outdoors!

You can expect the same safe, low to medium impact workout with intervals of sweat-inducing movement, with periods of rest using props and our strollers.
Should unfavourable weather impact our class, we just take class inside. Also, class is closed with 30 minutes of Social & Sensory led by Baby Float Spa.
Being a Mom requires lots of brain space, and this class is all about getting to leave your stresses at the door. I encourage and welcome you to feel comfortable: feeding, changing bums, coming “late,” and following yours and babies schedule. Yoga mats are provided for indoor HIIT Mama Baby Blast and everything you need for HIIT Stroller Fit is provided for you so you can think about one less thing on your way out the door.
